I fought with this problem for the last 4 hours and tried every possible solution on the internet, so I am documenting the exact fix here to save others the time.

My Bose QuietComfort Ultra Gen 2 headphones had constant, very short audio stutters on my Windows 11 laptop. My Laptop has a Realtek 8922AE WiFi 7 PCI-E NIC.

Here is the exact solution to stop the micro-stutters:

1. Press Win + X and open Device Manager.
2. Expand the Network Adapters section.
3. Right-click on your WiFi-Card (Realtek 8922AE in my case) and select Properties.
4. Go to the Advanced tab.
5. Scroll through the list and find the setting named "Idle Power Saving" (or something like that, e.g., "Leerlauf-Energiesparen" in my case).
6. Change the value to Low (or Disabled).
7. Click OK and restart your computer.
