So I have just been written up for the first time at a company I have been with for two years. (I was driving a company truck alittle recklessly and they are saying I hit a pedestrian) I saw the video and I did not I came alittle close but never did. close as I was still on the road and the pedestrian was on the sidewalk. I have a good feeling I am going to get fired for this situation but this company has had other employees do much worse such as a crane truck driver who would be drunk consistently and they had photo evidence and many people went to them saying they did not feel safe in his truck but they did nothing. Also another employee would consistently drink on the job and get sent home for it but they would never punish him at all he’d be back at work the next day like nothing happened. Am I right that this is wrongful termination
