I have recently received an email stating that I have been inclined for RME Operator roles and that I need to update my preferences on AJB.

However, I cannot access this from my A to Z account. I can see a notification pop up on my screen with a link to the career journey experience, I click on the link and it takes me back to the homepage.

I have tried to login from my mobile, laptop, onsite computer but the same thing happens every time. I have updated the app, cleared the date and cache but still cannot access this.

Would really appreciate if anyone has any idea how I can access this- eager to apply for roles asap. Thanks in advance.
