I am looking to purchase a 1BHK apartment in Upper House West (UHW), JLT.
My specific requirements are as follows:
Unit Type: 1-bedroom apartment.
Layout: The 07 series is my most preferred, but I am open to other series/layouts if the price is attractive.
Floor Level: I am looking for a unit on a middle or top floor.
Tower Flexibility: Primarily focused on the West tower, but I am willing to consider the East tower for a very good deal.
Purpose: For my own personal stay.
Pricing: I am looking for units at the Original Price (OP) or slightly above OP. Distress deals are highly welcome.
Financial Status:
I am a direct payment buyer and do not require a mortgage. I am prepared to move very quickly and can finish off the deal immediately if the unit meets my requirements.
