Hi everyone,
Three weeks ago my luggage was stolen while on a work trip. I immediately went to the police (this was in Czech republic, but my account -and where I live- is in Germany) to file a report. I then filed a stolen luggage insurance claim with N26 since this insurance is included in my benefits.
N26 states that you should get a reply within a week. I waited a week and nothing. I then sent another email asking for an update. Now 3 weeks have gone by and there has been no reply at all.
Anyone with a similar experience? What can I do?
