Context : my dad worked in jeddah for 30 years as a plant manager and his salary was lesser.

And he recently retired 1 year ago and came back to our country..

He didnt apply for any jobs nor was. He. Looking for any but a ceo of a company in Riyadh noticed my dad in LinkedIn and his comments and posts and thru his staff ( recruiters), a lady reached out too my dad to hire him... After a year of interviews and process my dad moved to Riyadh, and works in MEMF as operations manager... But his salary is 25K a month, his position isn't too high but is well reputed ooo.. But is it a. Low salary.. I feel like bcs being an Indian... They low balled. Us a bit.??
