Terrible first impression.

I just called to try to set up a new patient appointment. The woman who answered the phone told me that I could not make an appointment of any kind until I graduated from my fertility clinic. She also said that, even after graduation, I had to send in my medical records, wait for review, and only then would it possible for Arbor to accept me as a patient -- a process which could take weeks. I may not be accepted at all. This was very confusing and discouraging, as the Arbor website indicates that new patients should be seen at 8 weeks. When I asked about this, the woman hung up on me. Absolutely terrible.

Has anyone else had this much trouble?
