hi! I started my starter about 2 weeks ago and within the last couple of days I’ve had very little action from her. I’ve been using King Arthur bread flour, feeding a 1:1:1 ratio. My scale only measures in ounces and pounds, I’ve been doing 5oz which equates to about 142 grams. I empty, wash, and hand dry the jar before each new feed. After the last two feeds I’ve noticed, what I assume, is hooch at the 24 hour mark- with no rise. Last night I fed 1:2:2. I got a slight rise when checked at about the 12 hour mark, no signs of hooch. Should I continue with the 1:2:2 feed or do 1:1:1 every 12 hours? Honestly not sure what im doing and would appreciate some sort of guideline. thank you!!
