We will be going to the vet! But for now I'm looking for any ideas as to what this may be. We live on the east coast. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the tick infestation. I'm not sure how to differentiate from tic bites. The first images are of my dogs front leg below his collar. That mark is pretty flush to the skin so it appears more like bruising and I'm afraid it compares to other images where there is "internal bleeding" as for the others, the red spots are all over his body. Back, chest, groin. Didnt see much of anything on his head or ears. For context we had noticed about 2 weeks ago some small hard bumps, what we considered pimples (if dogs can get those) and we actually tried to expell one of them and had puss come out but just slightly. Again, like a normal face pimple. About a week later he had another that was more red and also let puss out. He is very well groomed and dried each time and my mom does so regularly and she did not notice all of this red spotting last time so this has happened within the last 2-3 weeks if not less. Any ideas? (If it makes any difference, he often wears dog outfits and always has on a harness. I belive it is an H style harness or a Y. Not sure)

update. Nobody read the first senttence of this post clearly. He is cirrently at the vet. Still no answer. Theyre running tests. They are waiting for arrival of some container?? To run the tests necessary (idk im at work not with him) he is still doing well besides that. They think it may be autoimmune as some said but they are still unsure. Thanks for everyone giving possible diagnosis. Was really helpful as i really just wanted to know what the possibilities were, not whether or not we should take him to the vet as that was the main plan anyway. And to y'all saying hes uncared for or poorly groomed. Fuck you. Lmao. You think his coat is kept this white if he wasnt being groomed constantly. His coat is kept longer due to preference. Not lack of care. There's nothing wrong with longer fur on dogs as long as it doesnt impeed their mobility.
