My account was banned for bypassing a block. I was banned in 2023–2024 for using third-party software. I contacted technical support at the time, and they told me that the ban would be lifted on April 18, 2026. I’m attaching screenshots of the email from your support team to this message. I waited for this moment and did not create any other accounts. Now that my account has been unblocked, I have reformed and played one game, after which I received an erroneous permanent ban for “circumventing the account block.” Please manually review this and confirm that I did not bypass the ban or use any third-party software.
