Hello, I was looking for advice on an investment property in Florida. I’ve been seeing and told there’s lots of potential for Northern FL and areas near South Orlando area. Ideally I would like for it to be closer to Orlando(not necessarily inside) and wanted advise on the Oviedo area and its potential as a growing area. Things like short term vs long term rental potential and the appeal of the area. I am just really getting into it and don’t have the experience to determine whether or not it would be a good area to invest the money into… I could use some advice.
