Newbie Runner tips
I am 27 5’6” 200 lb F

I want to lose weight and also want to begin running, for reference I never ran in my life for long intervals and never enjoyed it, I get breathless a lot.
I can do pretty good strength training exercises and yoga but never running.
It is something I want to work on as especially I see myself getting breathless pretty quickly
Is there anyone that is in the same shoes as me and what tips would you give me so I can build my cardio strength and enjoy a run.
