My session for the course is January 2026, I am submitting the assignment today for all the courses as the last date on the question paper is given as today. But on the Cove page of the assignment submission which Term End Exam do we need to choose if I will be giving all the exam in December? It's very confusing, could someone help with this at the earliest?
