Hello, we run a silver buying business and I have been using a Call Ads campaign for several months as an occasional campaign, meaning I turn it ON only when I need leads and OFF when not required. Previously, the same campaign consistently generated 200+ impressions and 30–40 clicks per day, but after turning it ON again about 10 days ago, performance dropped drastically to only 8–15 impressions and 1–3 clicks per day. There have been no changes to the campaign settings — the same keywords, budget, bid strategy, location targeting, ad schedule, and creatives are still being used. To troubleshoot, I also created and published a new Responsive Search Campaign, but that too is not generating any impressions or clicks.

I am unable to understand why my campaign performance has dropped so significantly when I have not made any changes to the campaign or account. Under normal circumstances, there should not have been such a sudden decline in performance without any modifications from my side.

When I contacted a Google Ads specialist for support, they told me that the campaign was in the learning phase and advised me to wait for 7 days. However, it has now been almost 20 days, and the issue is still not resolved. Even after reaching out to the Google Ads support team multiple times, they continue to send the same template response saying that the campaign is still learning and needs more time.

I have already waited 20 days, but until now I still do not have a clear explanation for why a campaign that was previously performing well has suddenly stopped delivering results.
