Marketers who make 67 figures, what is your specialization?

First post here — hope this is the right place to ask!

I've been in marketing for 3 years now and feel like I'm finally starting to see the bigger picture. I want to find a clear direction — someone to look up to or a role to aim for — so I know what skills to build going forward.

So for those of you who are well-paid and in demand: what's your specialization?

Thank you for your answer in advance.

What skills to develop as a 3-year junior marketer

Context

I've been in marketing for about 3 years, mostly in influencer marketing — but unlike typical agency work, I've always met creators face-to-face to build real trust and get the best results possible. I think I met more than a thousand creators through meetings. I speak Korean(native) and English(advanced). I have done campaigns targeting mostly the global market, rather than the local Koream market.

Now I'm thinking about what skills to develop to become a marketing 'expert'.

There are a lot of specializations out there — performance marketing, sales, content, and so on. Which one pays the best and is most resilient to AI? What should I be focusing on to stay competitive and grow long-term?

Thank you for your answer in advance.
