There are situations in which minions have a really good reaction (Barbazu reactive strike) but minions never get reaction per RAW.

Would it be sensible to allow a minion to use both of their available action to Ready and action and then in doing so *gain* a reaction? This would allow some creatures to do their gimmick IMO without killing balance
