I was advised by a friend at a hobby shop to use Vallejo inks and water them down. Are there any other methods I should try?

Not sure where else to share this, but throwback to the time I was able to go to the 2009 Hot Wheels Nationals Convention.

I was the *only* kid there who was interested in Hot Wheels and subsequently I was treated like a minor celebrity. I didn't realize it at the time of course, but now that I'm an adult I realize how much love, time, and attention goes into these events and how much you can change a young person's life just by paying attention to them and including them in your life.

Shout out to all the collectors and Hot Wheels designers I met who treated me like a peer and a protege. I was already a fan, but y'all made me love Hot Wheels.

Like I said, I didn't know where to post this, so it's going here because I know the Acceleracers group is a kind bunch of nostalgic (now adult) kids. I love y'all and hope your inner child is doing well today too ❤️
