I’ve been slowly increasing my dose from 10mg to 20mg. I’m doing 15mg at the moment. My sleep has always been rubbish, so I’m not actually sure if it’s this or not. But I’ve been on the higher dose for 6 days and my sleep is getting so much worse. I was awake all night last night and now I think my POTS is flaring because of it.

The higher dose has helped my symptoms (skin etc), but I think it’s making me too wired to sleep at night now.

Has anyone had this before? Did it settle or did you have to switch meds?

I’m allergic to Loritadine and Fexofenadine scares me a little with all of the additives. But fexo is the only one that I think is left really for me. I haven’t started an H2 yet, though I do have it to try. Is it possible that my sleep is shocking because there’s more H1 blockade that the histamine is going to H2 receptors and leaving me wired that way?

If someone had £30k to set up a small business, that is successful to achieve even £300,000 a year. What area would you recommend?

I was thinking PJ’s, as everyone loves them, but I know it’s really competitive.

Or items marketed at those with chronic conditions, I just wasn’t quite sure what yet. As there is too much choice really to make it narrow.

I wanna help other people or give them something that helps them/gives them comfort.

Just curious as to what the thoughts were, no nasty comments please.
