Anybody ever get frustrated by the talent disparity between the top and bottom players on your team? Just had a rough couple of weeks where we faced teams that matched up well with our more skilled players, but dominated the bottom half of our roster.

Edit: This isn't about winning or losing. Its about the difficulty of finding appropriate challenges for a mixed ability team, or maybe about why a club would bother building a team with such an ability gap.
