We got sent a company culture survey. anonymous it said at the top. then at the bottom in small text: results will be reviewed at the team level with your direct manager.

team level. with your manager. i have three people on my team.

I spent twenty minutes writing honest answers and then deleted all of it and gave everything four out of five stars. my colleague did the same. we found out at lunch we'd both done the same thing without talking to each other. the survey probably looks great. nothing will change. i'm tired.
