Do you use music playlists for sleeping?
I always use "sleep in a fantasy world (calm & peacefull ambient music)" on spotify.
Few things i've noticed:
Helps you fall asleep faster
Reduces stress & overthinking
Improves overall sleep quality
Creates a calming escape from daily life
Masks distracting background noise
Creates a calming sleep ritual
I almost do it everyday and since ive done it my sleepscores actually improves according to my smart watch.
I wonder if someone else does this as well.
