I'd like to get the version exclusive pokemon unlocked and accessible for me to catch in soulssilver, black, and platinum

as well as any event exclusives and trade evolutions

but I'm having no luck with any directions on what I am even looking for to get this done

Any solution involving a computer is out of the question atm my laptop died and I have no ability to replace it atm

Any advice is appreciated
