Hi everyone,

I'm currently writing my master's thesis on the evidentiary use of electronic data in labor law. I'm particularly interested in how issues such as authenticity and integrity are approached in different legal systems, especially in the context of electronic/digital evidence.

If anyone can recommend articles, books, cases, or other resources on topics like the admissibility of electronic evidence, exceptions to exclusionary rules for unlawfully obtained evidence, or the evidentiary treatment of materials such as social media posts, emails, or electronic timekeeping/access-control records, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm also very interested in comparative perspectives or any especially thought-provoking scholarship you may have come across. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
