Hi everyone,

I was recently given this Art Nouveau ring by my mother-in-law. It’s made of 835 silver, and I really love both its design and the sentimental value it carries.

The original stone needs replacing, it’s terribly worn and doesn’t seem to be of high quality either, and I’d like to restore the ring in a way that feels true to its period. At the same time, I’m looking for something durable enough for everyday wear and not overly expensive.

Does anyone have suggestions for stones that would fit the Art Nouveau style while still being practical and reasonably priced? I’d really appreciate ideas that balance historical accuracy with durability.

Thanks so much!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been getting more and more curious about stacking multiple jade bangles and wanted to hear your experiences with it.

I know that wearing more than one bangle is quite common and can look absolutely beautiful. At the same time, I’m a bit hesitant because I’ve read and also noticed that stacking can increase the risk of them knocking against each other and potentially getting damaged.

For those of you who regularly stack bangles:

- How do you manage the risk of impact or chipping?

- Do you choose certain sizes or shapes specifically for stacking?

- Are there combinations that feel safer or more practical than others?

- And do you have examples of stacks you love and wear often?

I’d really appreciate hearing your personal experiences, practical tips, or even what you’ve learned the hard way.

Thank you!
