I'm wondering if I can get some feedback from those of you who have more experience on what makes a good channel/content, and perhaps some tips and tricks on what I'm doing right/wrong.
I'm a young-adult fiction/fantasy author who learned 3D animation in order to create an animated web series to promote my books. I do everything myself (except the music), and I think my stuff is decent quality (biased, of course), but I just seem to be struggling to get views no matter what I do.
Is it my thumbnails? Titles? Overall page layout?
I know episodic web series aren't exactly the highest searched-for videos and the niche can be pretty oversaturated, but so is the young-adult fiction/fantasy book genre, hence why I started this project to try to stand out among the crowd.
Any feedback would be super appreciated, so hopefully I can start making some progress.
