Reminder that the US does not have the manufacturing capacity for a “war economy” nor the materials to continue its genocidal warmongering around the world.
The US capitalist class has overextended themselves for global supremacy and favored personal short term enrichment (nafta, shipping manufacturing/production oversees) for personal profit instead of long term state goals. The last Hail Mary was to control China’s oil flows who is a true peer rising power that has been destroying US dominance in multiple sectors literally on a monthly basis. The US knocked off Venezuela (big chunk of oil flows to china), but Iran was the main target. This is going to fail, but it’s going to kill a lot of people.
