It's the only game that is causing this to happen and it started since the 2.5 Update.
The furthest I've gotten is character creation for Vet mode but that also crashes.
I've updated drivers, I've rolled back drivers. I hit all minimum requirements and then some. I am at a loss and if anyone else has experienced this and managed to fix it, I would love to know what that was.

I work in IT and I've been on my team for the past 8 years. I'm happy where I am, and do not want to progress as I'm a single dad and my current role allows me to be that while working from home.
Why is it relevant? Because I passed the opportunity to become the squad lead of our squad. Instead, a colleague on the team got it. The last person I wished to be on the team. I have zero confidence in them.
That being said, I continued to do my work and then some like I always do. I didn't let them hold me back. For the past 8 years I've had Exceeded Expectations EVERY single quarter. Last night, had my first quarterly review with them and this morning I wake up to it being submitted with "Mostly Good" 02/04 instead of the consistent 03/04 and the occasional 04/04 (04/04 is only ever used rarely for people).
Read through the notes left by them and nothing but praise yet still "Mostly Good". Infact, I went even further than I normally do to prevent this. It has destroyed all motivation I've had these past 8 years. My concerns have become reality.
I am at a loss on what to do now. I don't want to confront them at the moment as I am way to angry for this. Going to reach out to our previous Squad Lead and ask for advice.
But until then, how do you deal with this?
