What do you think of my first few units of my new army?

I have a big Ork problem. And I’ve dabbled in a few thousand points of Thousand sons. I’m calling these good enough for now, as I’ve got a good bit more work to do.

They look very standard now, but my plan is to try and weather them as they play. I might do some on my later units, so they look more ‘veteran’. Any tips to improve the paint scheme quickly would be appreciated!

(I know my paint water is nasty)
