Background: The Ultimate One originated from the Oort Cloud and located in the South American continent presents itself as the patron deity of the Inca empire, the Sun God Inti.

To speak of Ort, better known as the god Inti, and his origins as a deity is to inevitably speak of the aspects of the Continent it resides on.

The best place to start speaking would be speaking of the Age of the Gods since, with his ending, it provoked an irremediable decay of mystery and magic in the whole planet... right? Well, that is right only to an extent.

You see, when one talks about the age of the gods and its ending they exclusively speak of the Asian, African and, more concretely, of the European Age of the Gods, how the King of Heroes Gilgamesh severed the bonds between Gods and humans and it only leaded to its decay until its inevitable disappearance on the end of King Arthur's reign and life but the Southamerican Age of Gods was vastly different from that.

It could never be said anything about any kind of "end" of the Age of the Gods since it never got a "proper" ending, it just changed over time until it concluded in a complete assimilation of both Divine and Human in one single kind of "apex" organism.

Let me explain it further but, again, from the start.

Compared to the rest of the Planet Earth, where human order and reason reigns over the laws of the world, South America can pride itself by the way nature and mystery, provided by the divine, rules over everything thanks to a simple factor: the independent consciousness of the land.

Everyone knows that Gaia rules over life on earth and it's the consciousness of the planet itself but, besides Gaia, there exists another consciousness or "will" within the planet, limited to this sole mass of land. Pachamama, the "Mother Earth" goddess of the Inca pantheon; although it is, indeed, the goddess who embodies the earth itself, it is also the goddess who reigns and embodies space-time, cause and effect and the "cosmos itself" being the force of "birth" behind everything along with Viracocha, the god of creation and the force that "creates" that which is "birthed".

Although it could be argued that Gaia and Pachamama are one and the same, the fundamental difference between the two falls in their relationship with existence itself, which is so different between the two that the only reasonable conclusion is that both are separated entities or, at least, separated systems inside the same entity, allowing the possibility to work independently from each other. More simply put: Gaia despises humans; Pachamama loves them like a mother and accepts them as part of the "everything" that forms reality itself.

Once clarified all of that, let's continue.

Since Pachamama has been already explained as a separated entity, its easy to assume the continent she "administrates" its different from the rest of the world as-well. Since she's the will and the land itself, with her complete control over it she made sure to modify it to be self-sustained and configurated in a way to allow her "children" to live as she deemed correct: following the teachings of the gods.

The way this was done was, already knowing that the mystery in the world would decay eventually, she modified the continent in a way that reality itself would recognize it as a different celestial body and simply ignore it, abandoning any kind of support or connection with it, allowing it to "decay" on its own and creating her own "human order" that will not disappear thanks to her unique existence while not hindering or prejudicating the establishment of human order in the rest of the world.

The way it differentiates itself and sustains its own existence is through the Amazon rainforest, known as the "lung of the world". It was made in such a way that it became the equivalent of a "divine factory" or a “divine motor” that produces "high-quality" ether without end, artificially maintaining the conditions to correctly sustain an Age of the Gods. It could be said that the Amazon is the continent’s own artificial "Inner Sea of the Planet" in a smaller scale and on the surface, able to even create its own existences similar to lesser gods worshiped by the tribes living inside of it.

Besides the own will and action to create the Amazon by Pachamama, the other aspects which maintain it, serving as secondary batteries and fuel for its proper functioning, are the very own gods of the Inca Pantheon. Using their own bodies and divinity, fusing with the continent and Pachamama herself, they served as the catalysts and divine gears for the proper functioning of the system.

That is when, finally, Ort enters the scene.

Predicting its arrival and its nature since she's the past, present and future, she accommodated and modified the realm in a way where “it” could easily assimilate the plane and she could assimilate “it” in return, by "it" I mean Ort.

You see, as i just reiterated and said a lot earlier, she's able to see past, present and future thanks to her existence as "mother earth", so she, of course, its aware of the other side of the world and the man known as Christopher Columbus. Aware of the effects and consequences of the arrival of the European civilization, she effectuated her plan of the creation of an Artificial Age of the Gods as a security measure against the invasion with Ort as the main and most fundamental piece.

After the creation and modification of a terrain that could host “it” properly, powered by the Gods fused with her and the artificial Age of the Gods itself, Pachamama was able to seize a limited, but enough, control over Ort to modify its existence and rewire it and allow it to become a "vessel" for Inti, her son and the Sun God of the Incas.

Inti was the Sun God of the Incas, the one who, through his own sons, created and shaped the human world for the humans, creating the city of Cusco and imparting divine knowledge and civilization in hopes for the humans to become like them.

Inti has always been represented as a golden disk that emanates sunlight beams, whenever not manifested with a humanoid form, which meant that, since the beginning, the Inti who always presented itself to the humans may have not been nothing more than Ort functioning as the envoy of Pachamama and the gods to appear and guide humans to divinity. It is unclear if there was an "original" Inti to begin with, but its sure that Ort appeared and revealed itself as "Inti" and showcased "his authority" as the Sun God to be worshipped, powered by the continent itself as its Patron deity and security system against external threats (it will never act upon anything deemed or recognized as originated from the continent since the very concept of Pachamama is the integration and view of everything as a whole. Meaning only external entities and beings are unable to sustain or adapt to Ort's interaction with the textures of reality, due to the fundamental difference between creatures or entities from the rest of the world compared to South America.), as well as the sustaining element for life to prosper as the embodiment of the sun and the sun itself.

In the end, what happened was a complete assimilation and integration between the 3 parts: The continent itself along with the Inca Gods, Pachamama and Ort (one could say Ort its less than a being and more like the carcass that hides the mother goddess inside, with Ort being relegated to its bodily functions and exploitable capacities) which, over time, ended in an absolute upgrade and evolution of the human species living there, and nature itself, evolving them to a level of something similar to divinity or demi-gods but completely human in essence since they weren't created to be gods, but their companions.

With that fundamental modification of the reality itself and the way it works, the Inca gods were allowed to return, at least partially, to the physical plain thanks to their compatibility with humans, allowing them to return as kings and influential figures to rule and guide humans.

It's worth to mention the theories about the existence of Ort and its eventual arrival leading to the forceful awakening or modification of the continent's consciousness as measure to contain him or this outcome being his doing from the beginning and forming a time-loop but we aren't here to hear and suffer existential crisis, just to see how Op can i make this shit as a human living here who is bitter than not a single servant from here has ever appeared (Mesoamerica doesn't count at all)

As a side-note, Ort: Inti is only summonable for Southamerican humans since it only forms part of the Southamerican world and its independent Counterforce system, along with any other heroes from the region and its power is only compatible with its people or, better said, Pachamama reserves this power only to her people and children as a mean to protect them, completely uninterested in external humans.

Personal Skills:

Civilization of the sun:

Info: as the Sun God, the one who gave humans the gift of civilization, he is capable of creating and ruling the ground under his feet as he deems convenient. Of course, this is a way to say that he fundamentally alters the laws of reality of the world surrounding him as he wills using his own abilities and the support of the continent and make it adjusted for the humans of South America.

Authority of the heroes and sons:

Info:This skill is the peak of "hero" making, bestowed by Pachamama. As the Sun God and the Patron of the Inca civilization, he has the authority to turn even the weakest human being into "his child", a legend-worthy hero by providing them with temporal divine authority and power, since they are very compatible with the gods.

This skill, as said before, is bestowed by Pachamama to Inti to choose heroes in an almost impossible scenario where they were ever needed. This skill, actually, is an upgrade from a less powerful authority of Pachamama used by her in every plundered timeline where Europe conquered America (thanks to the lack of Ort in most of them making humans not as compatible with the divine power) as a mean to give a few select heroes the power to fight back for their independence, among those men, along with a few others, where the likes of Simon Bolívar, San Martin or José Artigas.

Puppet of the Earth:

Info: Because he was the Sun God and one of the most fundamental parts of the inner workings of the continent, Ort itself has no way to be fully independent and act on his own will, being completely subdued to the wishes and desires of the Mother Goddess in terms of strength and behavior, making things like his strength, endurance, and mana reserves something completely arbitrary at the hands of Pachamama

Noble Phantasm:

Solar annihilation from the earth's womb:

Info: it is nothing more than a simple attack with a simple purpose—erase the target. Making use of her independent existence from the world and her atemporal existence, Pachamama acts through Ort: Inti to connect temporally and anchor multiple plundered time-lines into Ort and integrate the core reasons of failure of those timelines and use them as the fuel and very essence of this attack, imposing them in the origin of the objective and ejecting a devastating erasure damage on them at the same time at the moment the attack connects with its target, similar as being hitted directly by the sun (thanks to how incredibly hot and bright the condensated amount of energy is), erasing the objective from this and any "nearby" timelines and deeming it impossible for them to re-enter themselves into those timelines even if able to travel through space-time. The range of how many timelines this NP acts upon depends on the amount used as fuel while, no matter the quantity of timelines, the damage received even by a weakened NP would be devastating and similar to being hit by, at least, an Anti-fortress attack focused in just one person in a “spear-like” attack that burns and severs everything it touches.
