Ok, what's everyones preferred rice bag size to use? I used to use the standard 250g bags. But i've recently moved up to 450g bags. Sunrice actually. I manage to inoculate 9 of these bags from a syringe.

The reason i ask this as i read on here recently someone preferred the small rice tubs. I believe these are 125g each.

I know its not good to put all your eggs in 1 basket, but i"m really liking the bigger bags at the moment. And in theory its better bang for buck so to speak.

I guess we could take into consideration an all in 1 bag as well. I've never used one. Or even ziplock tek. A large ziplock bag with rice from either pre-packaged rice or self cooked and sterilised. Ziplock bags are already sterile so as long as the transfer is done in a clean manner, this can work well too.

What's everyone's preference? Have any of you experimented with different sizes and methods?

I intend to use 3 rice bags once fully colonised to each tub. Ill keep you all posted.
