Newish bike, any tips appreciated

I got this bike last year and have so far just made minor tweaks on the fly while out riding to address whatever I’m experiencing during the ride.

I have some challenging proportions to work with: long torso, long arms, short legs - with long femurs and short lower legs.

I primarily mountain bike and gravel ride so I’m not looking to be “aero” and I realize I’m quite upright. What I didn’t realize before taking this video was just how much hip rock I have while riding. I’m sure it’s a lot to do with needing more core strength and hip mobility (I have an old hip injury that I am working on). Are my cranks too long? Other ideas of what I can do to mitigate the rock besides “just get stronger”?

Of course, feedback on other fit issues is welcome. And yes, I wear socks when I actually ride.
