So picture this. Something happens and Felix turns against Ladybug. Kagami may join him as he is her bf but that's irrelevant. After an intense fight against Felix, Ladybug calls upon her lucky charm and gets Felix's amok ring (which is in the field of probability so it is a valid lucky charm result), thus giving her full control over him to put end to his rebellion and seize his miraculous.

Like why didnt he tell LB in S5 like "Hey, I need the wish because I want to sacrifice my life to bring her back. To show you I'm honestly my name is Gabriel Agrest and here is the butterfly miraculous."

Or in New York special he could just say "I need this eagle miraculous to free my wife from her eternal slumbet. Then I will return it, promise."

I think LB is charitable enough to at least agree to the second thing. Maybe even first imo
