I’ve been playing a save on fm24 with UD Ibiza for the 2nd time (got fired on the first one very early a long time ago). The club has almost 0 room for extra players because of wage budget and other reasons (capped number of players above 23,etc…)
The media expects us to be 1st in the 3rd division and the club genuinely has good players (though a lot of bad important matches players) and yet here is my problem. I score once, twice or 3 times and yet every time I lead I get remontadaed no matter the tactic changes I make (over my last 10 games I conceded like seven 88’+ goals). On my other saves it never happens, and some of my most talented players have like 6.5 average match rating over the season, yet it seems to do not matter whatever role I give them even against bad teams. I also score much less than my xgs and concede way more than opponent xgs, and it happens every single game so not an occasional fmed. I twisted my tactic to strengthen defense, 0 impact. This is bothering me a lot since I know the board of this club is very impatient and can sack me very quickly (currently 5-6th on the table).
If anyone has advices to save my save, I would appreciate it a lot
