For the first time in the ABS era, both teams were unsuccessful (0-6) on all of their ABS/play challenges in the Guardians vs Royals game on Thursday
As far as I can tell, this is the first time this has happened this season where both teams used up both of their ABS challenges and their play challenge with no successes. As a bonus, there was also an unsuccessful umpire challenge to check if a foul ball call was a home run.
The closest game I could find was the Toronto vs Milwaukee game on April 14th where the teams were 0 for 6 on challenges, but Toronto failed a 3rd ABS challenge in the 10th inning and never used their play challenge.
