I ran a cinebench test for multithreading on my I5-14600K, My P core multiplier was at 50X and my E core multiplier was at 40X. I beat the AMD Threadripper 2990WX, it was 1.16X slower than my CPU. During the test i ran at around 5GHZ and below 1.1 Volt at around 60-65 Degrees C, I just wanna know your thoughts on this. Also my CPU cooler is a dual tower.

Its a compaq ipaq H3600 series, the screen is broken and the power is unstable, the power light flickers alot I can turn it on it flashes the boot screen and then fades out, does anybody know a good place to go for repairs.
