Hello eveyone, question for all:

I'm currently working with a visa in the US and I received a remote job offer from my home country, I think I can manage both at the same time, my only concern is if there's a way USCIS can know about it, or if I start PERM->GC process it could create a problem

in the future, is USCIS even able to do background checks in a foreign country or take those earnings as an issue?
