Running the Flying Pig Relay tomorrow and my team is wondering how feasible it’d be to cheer each other on at each leg while making it to the exchange zones in time.

Has anyone had experience doing the relay and making it around town with the road closures? The safe option is to take the shuttles to our exchanges, but…I’m running leg 4, need to be on the shuttle around 7:00am, and I likely won’t get the baton 10am minimum (we are not fast).

We’d love to cheer each other on at each leg but maybe veteran relay runners would advise it’s not worth the stress and effort?
