I heard goldenrod tea helps with allergies but during my allergy test it did show I was allergic to goldenrod. Will I still see any benefit from the tea or should I avoid it?

I take Zyrtec but also a vitamin with quenecerin and nettle. I met an herbalost who spoke very highly of golden rod tea

Has any one had experience with this?
