Hello, long story short I bought this MS70 ASE from APMEX, and upon close inspection I noticed a few spots that aren’t “perfect.” Kinda bummed that I paid MS70 money (not a ton more though) for a coin that shoulda been graded lower. Should these markings be visible on a MS70 coin graded by a service like PCGS? Thank you!!
