We have an employee leave, and attempted to transfer our account, but were unable to - this caused the entire site to go down, while we attempted to contact support and change the credit card details.

10 Days later and they still have not transferred ownership, today was finally the last straw, I got an email saying I am not the person who si the owner and to have the previous employee contact them.

10 days to tell me that, and what another 10 day wait, they have ZERO support. Use any other service, do not rely upon this company.

Who cares about their interface or abilities if trying to update your payment so your site isnt down takes over 10 days.

My 'constructive feedback' to be a useable company is

  1. be able to transfer accounts on site

  2. if you MUST do it through support, dont take over 10 days to do it

  3. Treat us with respect, sites going down for 10 days has a real impact
