Hi,

I’m an NRI based out of France, under the current treaty India can’t tax my gains so I used to provide the residence certificate and TRC to claim the TDS back but now with the new rules signed and will soon be implemented, India has the full right to tax and in France, anyhow, I have to report it. Should I just move my money out? I don’t want to deal with a CA in France as they are expensive.
