Overcapping everywhere, what should I do ?
My Huo^2 and my YaoGuang are e2 so even without speed boots I overcap Aha’s speed, and I have s1 sparkle and s1 YaoGuang but cant use it since I overcap in cr as well, any solution with speed ? Even with Emc instead of sparkle I cant make my Eva to be slower than aha.
