My uni’s college had a firedrill testing just now, but i went down a bit later and that had resulted in me getting scolded at (not just me, alongside the ones whos late), and the instructor had threaten that we will be fined RM250 or held back a semester, and a demerit (cannot apply for hostel)

Is this true or they were just scaring us as a lesson?
