Hello, hope you are all doing well and progressing towards your goals.

I have a question that I'd like hear some feedback on.

I am 6' 225lb male with a past of powerlifting so I have a substantial amount of muscle on frame.

When I started losing weight I was about 289lb it's been about 2 years since I was that heavy.

Only now this past week have I ( for the first time) been tracking calories and macros. I use MFP and I try to aim for around 2350cal 200ish carbs 200+protein 60ish grams of fat.

I work out 6days a week weight room and maybe 2-3 running sessions a week(<3miles) I am also in the army but I don't do a whole lot of physical activity at work but I still have physical training everymorning.

I went into the city and had a delicious meal that probably put me at 3000ish cals on the day but today, the day after going to the city I only got in 1100 calories. 94carbs 134prot 28fat.

I'm trying to grasp how this is affecting my fat loss? Is it really even that big of a deal? I want that mean shredded look so fat loss is my priority over weight loss.

Hey I'm pretty new here, I've been poking around for 2-3 days and I'm not seeing a strong selection for dress clothing (dress shirts, polo, slacks, dress shoes) not looking for anything super flashy or big statement pieces. Would love some help, I'm understanding that yupoo is the best way to buy or find selection of clothing. Please help.
