Kindly explain the process to approach the classes and practice questions?

I'm following kaushik mohanty sir.

Also suggest things for mains ( sir I guess, make us solve clerk mains questions in advance lectures ) so how to prepare po level and overall strategy.

So I'm following kaushik sir's foundation course and I'm doing arithmetic now. Completed the percentage chapter, but I'm unable to solve questions of percentage chapters apart from the type of questions done in the class. Even those advance questions are not solvable by me. I'm really struggling with Arithmetic. Even in smartkeeda topiwise test of percentage which was easy level I answered only 3 questions out of 10.

Now apart from that, all who are following kaushik sir ( I am following recorded lectures of this year as just started ) know that sir's classes are of apx 2 hours. So I took 5 hours to complete those classes. Yes you read it right. 5 hours minimum. It's not like I don't understand maths, and if someone hasn't touched maths ever even understand sir's teaching. But I'm facing serious problem regarding this.

So, I am describing my lecture attending process

Starting a lecture, first I note down the question or in case of a concept first I understand it then notes down the concept or process...

  1. Not down every question

  2. Watch explanation

  3. Then I do the question on my own explaining myself ....

Bich main have to refer earlier maths or concepts which I learned few minutes ago in another question

And I need to take rest as can't see too much on screen

The process too 5 hours and even after that I can't solve questions of that chapter described above.

I can't revise on the same day or the day after... as new lectures took that equal time and at the end of the day I don't possess any energy to revisit and revision.

This way unable to do all 3 subjects in a day. Even reasoning and English syllabus pending over 80%

My attempt of this year's exam has already been ruined. I can't sit for any exam if I continue this way.

Please help please
