so i just heard somewhere on the internet today that you have to fill the counselling application for some colleges before cuet exam , does that mean if you don't fill it can possibly cause problems later like my chances of getting into that college are lessen or sth? My dumbass is so comfused can somebody give their guidance on this matter and walk me through this ( i am deadass😩🥀 )
