Nicotine and surgery
I am finally getting labiaplasty (+ clitoral hood reduction and peri reduction) after 16 years of insecurity. They were able to get me in 9 days after my consultation, but I have never had cosmetic surgery and was unaware it was highly recommended to cease all nicotine use to help with healing. I really dont want nicotine to interfere with my results, however I am now 7 days out and am finding it incredibly hard to quit. I use lozenges and have for a couple years, so I've been trying to space out the time in which I use them, and lowered the amount from 4 mg to 2 mg but I can't function at my job without using a LITTLE. Did anyone continue nicotine use through their labiaplasty, even just a little, and did it impact your results? No rude comments please, I'm sober from everything else nicotine is just HARD.
