I want to apply for a driver's license but I'm graduating on May 18. My I-20 has the post-completion OPT recommended on it (start date - June 15). My EAD approval is currently pending. Can I apply with my current I-20 or would I have to wait till I have my EAD in hand?

P.s. I’m in Pennsylvania
