Let’s share!!! What is your favorite low calorie meal right now???
My recent obsession has been Thai lettuce wraps which are crazy good and then also Greek food like homemade tzatziki with the 0% fat Greek yogurt and veggies and lemon/oregano/garlic chicken.
They are all delicious and because they max your plate with veggies incredibly low calorie.
I’m not much for salads unless I have a lot in them which makes them less low calorie so I’m always looking for new ideas!
