I got an offer from Chen. Their contract says, "In the event that Client's case receives a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) and Attorney deems support letters essential, Attorney will prepare these letters during the RFE response stage without extra charge." So that basically means LoRs are free *if* they deem to essential in RFE. So why wouldn't we choose the no LoR plan in the first place?
